One of the most sought-after items for refugee children in Poland is Ukrainian books. Ukrainian literature is beginning to be supplied to many Polish libraries, but it is not so easy for young readers to get access to their favorite native fairy tales.

Recently, all three of our schools in Wrocław, Warsaw and Krakow received fiction for children in grades 1-2 from the charity project “Another fairytale”. It is initiated The Ukrainian Institute of Books for the financial support of the Polish partner — the “Edukacja dla Demokracji” Foundation .
