Extended day groups

Dear parents!

From November 2, the “Unbreakable Ukraine” Foundation (FUNDACJA “NIEZNISZCZALNA UKRAINA”) will start working with extended day groups (GDP). These groups are created to organize students’ educational and cognitive activities, entertain them, help them prepare for lessons and do their homework. It’s like having a babysitter while you go about your business in the city, only better because a professional, experienced teacher will be with your child.

In order for the extended day groups to function stably and according to a clear schedule in each school and for children to be provided with good conditions, the “Unbreakable Ukraine” foundation will accept charitable contributions from parents. They will be calculated as follows: advance payment for 1 (one) calendar month in advance (for example, November) in the amount of 10 (ten) zlotys for one day of visiting the GPD. That is, if in November GPA works five days a week, that’s 20 days a month = only 200 zlotys.

This is the first and only extracurricular activity for which we will ask for contributions. They will go towards paying teachers who will stay at the school after regular lessons to teach with your children.

GPA is the time from 12:00 to 18:00 every day. The children will have a snack (lunch) at the expense of the foundation.

Certain rules will apply:

• In the event that the parents are late, and the teacher is forced to stay with the child after the end of the GPA due to force majeure circumstances (traffic jams, lateness due to being late at work, family circumstances, etc.), the foundation reserves the right to credit previously paid contributions to the account of additional payment to the teacher at the rate of PLN 10 for every 15 minutes of lateness;
• If at the end of the month the funds from your monthly payment are used earlier (due to delays), a recalculation will be made and you will be given an additional receipt for the additional payment;
• If the student stops attending the GPA (for any reason), but the parents wish to keep the place, this can be done by extending the payment for subsequent periods. Previously paid funds are not returned.
