My name is Victoria Gnap, I am the president of the Foundation “Indestructible Ukraine. In March 2022, our foundation began its activities in Poland. Our main task is to provide access to permanent education for the children of Ukrainian refugees who were forced to leave Ukraine. Today we have established three educational centers in Warsaw, Krakow and Wroclaw. And also in cities: Poznan, Rzeszow, Katowice, Lublin, Gdansk, Lodz, Szczecin, Bialystok, Bydgoszcz.

Financial support for our foundation is provided by the world’s largest donors, which include UNICEF, SAVE THE CHILDREN

We are currently in the process of finding reliable suppliers who can meet our needs.

Services for permanent cleaning of office space in Warsaw, Al. Jerozolimskie 179, Blue City, floor 4, with an area of 2,366.9 sqm.

Hours of operation of the educational center: 6 working days from Monday to Saturday, Sunday is a holiday. The main hours of maximum load of the educational institution from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The facility is closed on public holidays. Hours of work on holidays, to be agreed in advance. Kitchen-dining room-two rooms. Toilet rooms – 6

Requirements for cleaning of office premises specified INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROCUREMENT (Appendix B).

Place of work or provision of services: Warsaw, Al. Jerozolimskie 179, Blue City, floor 4.

Deadline for delivery of goods, performance of work or provision of services:
May 1, 2023 – May 31, 2024.

Provision of services under this procurement procedure is possible only after the signing of a framework agreement (Annex A)
