My name is Viktoria Gnap, and I am the president of the “Indestructible Ukraine” Foundation. In March 2022, our foundation began its activities in Poland. Our main task is to provide access to permanent education for the children of Ukrainian refugees who were forced to leave Ukraine. Today we have established three educational centers in Warsaw, Krakow and Wroclaw.

Financial support for our foundation is provided by the world’s largest donors, which include UNICEF, SAVE THE CHILDREN

We are currently in the process of finding reliable suppliers who can meet our needs.

Description of a separate part or parts of the subject matter of the contract

Organizing mass events and thematic festivals ta visits to educational and entertainment institutions, estimated number of children – 31,000.

Travel arrangements, estimated number of children – 2,000.

Organizing and conducting sports competitions, estimated number of children – 3,000.

Organizing trips to Polish universities, estimated number of children – 1,000.

Requirements for the organization of mass events and thematic holidays for Ukrainian and Polish children are specified in the INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERS (Appendix B).

Place of work or provision of services: Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan, Rzeszow, Katowice, Lublin, Gdansk, Lodz, Szczecin, Bialystok, Bydgoszcz.

Deadline for delivery of goods, performance of work or provision of services:

March 12, 2023 – May 31, 2023.

Provision of services under this procurement procedure is possible only after the signing of a framework agreement (Annex A)
