Purchase of 50-seat bus
We would like to purchase a 50+ seater bus. To take children on excursions to other Polish cities, schools, and universities. Show additional opportunities for education, admission to a higher educational institution, and integration.
We have already found the TERRITO U bus, its cost is 235 thousand euros, 57 semi-soft seats, with seat belts, comfort level for trips up to 300 km.
Educational materials and books for children
We we plan to purchase a large number of Ukrainian textbooks (which are not available in Poland) and art books in Ukrainian, Polish and English. We will order books at discounted prices from those publishing houses with which we have special terms of cooperation, and we will buy textbooks from those recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ministerstwo Edukacji Narodowej Respubliky Republic of Poland. Projectors, plasma TVs or interactive whiteboards
There is a lack of projectors or other audiovisual technologies (interactive boards, plasmas) for high-quality education of children. With their help, children would learn the material better. Such training would be more effective and, according to the program of the New Ukrainian School, full-fledged. Join the meeting. After all, even one projector is a significant contribution to studying the subject!
Equipment and supplies for the educational process
Demonstration teaching aids are needed for chemistry, physics, biology, mathematics and geography classes. Laboratory equipment for chemistry, physics, biology. As well as tools for the NUSH program for primary grades.
Psychological help for children
We observe a significant number of children who have survived the terrible experience of the war, were evacuated from the war zone, or even lost their mother or father. Such schoolchildren need special attention and support, anti-stress therapy and long-term work with a psychologist. Your donation can help bring a child back to normal life.
Materials for creativity
Help collect the necessary amount, or buy materials for creativity and entertainment. These include: educational games, board games, chess and checkers, materials for decorative and fine arts, materials for creating applications, stamping, making toys, other materials for creativity, according to the needs of children in each place and the capabilities of our teachers. Thanks to the financial support of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), we purchased financial literacy game books for children in Warsaw and LEGO sets for children in Krakow for a robotics club.
Children's recreation and leisure
Join the collection of funds for the organization of children’s leisure time. We constantly organize field trips, museum and educational tours for children and have already introduced summer activities in four cities in Poland. These are summer camps and interest groups/clubs/master classes.
Make a donation and we will be able to do this in other large cities and towns of Poland and introduce interesting and meaningful leisure time for more Ukrainian and Polish children.
Psychological support of parents and teachers
Mothers and teachers who evacuated from Ukraine and survived the horrors of war need psychotherapy. In order to provide the most comfortable and safe environment for children, teachers and parents must first of all come to the norm themselves and regain their psychological balance.
Nutrition of children at school and at leisure
Make a donation to provide children with nutritious meals at school or during activities. We carefully select suppliers, manufacturers and catering companies by holding tenders. We make sure that food is healthy, balanced and even meets the taste preferences of children who are used to European Ukrainian cuisine.
Teacher support
Join the collection of funds for teachers’ salaries. We employ teachers in accordance with all requirements of Polish legislation and pay market wages. The larger our salary fund will be, the larger the teaching staffs we will be able to form and launch additional schools in other Polish voivodships. Currently, we are able to support teachers in only three cities (Warsaw, Krakow and Wroclaw), and summer activities in four cities (Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw and Rzeszów).
School premises for rent
We need our own premises! So that the children had their native walls, which, unfortunately, they lost in Ukraine. In order to training was conducted offline in the first shift. Please help raise the necessary amount so that we can rent individual buildings long-term.
